The Wall’s mission is to provide a safe, effective and inclusive training environment for all our members. We pride ourselves on our top-notch coaching, smart programming exceptional facilities and above all – a professional yet comfortable atmosphere. Our focus on technique always comes first before intensity, so rest assured you are not going to be forced to do something you are not ready for.
We believe anyone can find, improve and become the best version of themselves. We use a combination of nutrition, fitness and lifestyle coaching to help people break through their wall of limitations, resulting in healthier, happier and more productive lives.
45 Min class that incorporates simple bodyweight and resitance exercises in an high-intensity interval workout. Full instruction and coaching on how to perform each exercise properly is always reinforced.
Once you’ve mastered the basics, its time to up the intensity with a variety of movments including gymnastics and weightlifting.
MOBILITY & STRETCH
Sore and achy muscles? We’ve got you covered. Learn how to increase flexibility, provide muscular relief and improve posture. Lead by a registered physiotherapist, this class is sure to have you back to full capacity.
45-minute fast-paced class is designed to make you sweat! All that is required is a pair of gloves, wraps and determination of steel. All fitness and skill levels will be catered for.

Show up to your consultation 10 mins prior to meet your coach in order for us to better know you and to understand your health and fitness goals. After your consultation, your one on one session will begin.
Once you’ve finished your session, we will discuss then different services and membership packages that we currently offer. Based on your performance in your intial session or test out, we will make our professional suggestion as to whether you should start your journey with Private Coaching or immediately enroll you in our Group Classes.
When I started at The Wall, I was so unfit, weak and carrying extra baby weight. However, after coming consistently for less then a year I’m probably the fittest and strongest I’ve ever been.
