BOOTCAMP & BOXFIT

Perfect place to start if you are new to fitness. All sessions are fully planned and organised by our awesome coaches. Full instruction and coaching on how to perform each exercise properly  is always reinforced and the workouts are always awesome. ALL LEVELS WELCOME

ZUU

Power your body with primal movements from the animal kingdom by crawling, lunging and roaring your way through a sweat-soaked 45 minutes. Full on from the first war cry, our fully-trained ZUU trainers will get your pulse racing and lactic burning. This calorie burning HIIT workout develops, mobility, agility, flexibility and boosts cardio endurance. ALL LEVELS WELCOME

BARBELL BASICS

This program is ideal for begginers, but should you need polish up your technique, this is the place to be. Here we introduce to the barbell movements traditionally preformed in our CrossFit classes (mainly Deadlift, Squat, Overhead Press, Snatch, Clean & Jerk).  ALL LEVELS WELCOME.

CROSSFIT

Once you’ve mastered the basics in our All Levels programs, it’s time to step up the intensity a notch with more advanced exercises and challenging workouts. 

For saftey reasons, we require all begginers to complete at least four Barbell Basics class and four Bootcamp classes before joining this program.

WEIGHTLIFTING

This small group class is ideal if you’re looking to develop raw speed and explosive power  through the use of the barbell. Coaching will primarily revolve around the Olympic lifts – the Snatch and Clean & Jerk, followed by some extra strength work.

Sign up for a free trail to one of our Barbell Basics or BootCamp classes. 

STEP 2

Learn the basics of CrossFit by attending  our Barbell Basics & BootCamp sessions. You can start at any time!

STEP 3

Join our regular CrossFit classes (after completing a min. of four Barbell Basics and four Bootcamp sessions) or continue attending our Barbell Basics and BootCamp classes.
